Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Logistics Specialist Program

During the program students will receive an overall introduction to both Lean and Six Sigma and Logistics. Students will learn about the project selection process, the role of change management, and the various phases of Lean Six Sigma. They will then move onto define phase basics, fundamentals and project chartering. Students will also get a full understanding of the global supply chain logistics life cycle, the logistics environment, material handling equipment, safety principles, quality control principles, workplace communications and more.

Lean Six Sigma White Belt

This course will prepare students for the Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification exam. This course will provide students with an introduction to Lean and Six Sigma. Students will also learn about the project selection process, the role of change management, and the various phases of Lean Six Sigma.

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

This course will prepare students for the Certified Learn Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification exam. This course will teach students about the define phase basics, fundamentals and project chartering. Students will also get a introduction to lean as well as in-depth review of the measure phase and more.

Certified Logistics Associate (CLA)

This course will prepare students for the Certified Logistics Associate (CLA) certification exam. This course will teach students about the global supply chain logistics life cycle, the logistics environment, material handling equipment, safety principles, quality control principles, workplace communications and more.

The IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Exam™ is a 150 question, closed book, proctored exam with a 4 hour allotted time. Some forms of this exam may also include up to an additional 15 non-graded questions.
