Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
This course will prepare students for the Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification exam. Throughout this course students will explore and understand the define phase, the measure phase, analyze phase, patterns of variation, inferential statistics, hypothesis testing, the improve phase, regression, control phase and more.
Project Management Fundamentals
This instructor-led course focuses on introducing participants to the practical basics of project management. Students will learn about where projects come from, types of projects, initiation, how to build a project plan, create a budget and more. This course is registered with the Project Management Institute (PMI) allowing students to earn 21 contact hours and/or PDUs.
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
This course will teach students about the basics of project management and professional responsibility. They will also learn about the different areas of project management, including integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management.
Career & Certification
The IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Exam™ is a 100 question, closed book, proctored exam with a 3 hour allotted time. Some forms of this exam may also include up to an additional 10 non-graded questions.

The Army Credentialing Assistance (CA) program provides qualifying soldiers with up to $4,000 in educational benefits. Soldiers can utilize these benefits to pay for all necessary books, supplies, and associated materials required for an approved training course and/or exam. Utilization of this program helps to increase the Soldier’s value to and competitiveness of the Army through helping Soldiers attain industry recognized credentials. Credentialing Soldiers helps to improve overall Army readiness through retention of quality Soldiers. This further enhances Soldiers career progression, and provides Soldiers with skills and capabilities reflective of civilian qualifications. Funding is provided for voluntary off-duty courses and/or exams leading to an industry-recognized academic or vocational credential listed in the Army CA website.

The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program offers scholarships to certain dislocated workers in the United States.
