Who is Eligible?
If you are married to an active duty military service member in the following branches: Army, Air Force, Marines, Navy, and National Guard on Title 10 orders.
Pay grades of service members must be E-1 to E-5, W-1 to W-2, and O-1 to 0-2.
The military spouse must have successfully completed high school.
