Our Cornerstone Employers who completed the pilot found it a hugely valuable exercise and are using their reports to support developing their careers programmes and outreach work. The The Careers & Enterprise Company employer standards framework is based on the latest research and best practices in the field of careers education. It will also help you to align your outreach activities with the Gatsby Benchmarks, which are the national standards for careers guidance in schools and colleges.
