During my time in MedCertify, I was blessed by great mentors and counselors. When I had concerns, they always guided me towards the right direction from answering emails right away to the information given during Support for Success Sessions.
My most proud accomplishment during this journey is, after hours of studying, I was able to retain information regarding the MAA with Billing and Coding program.
I am looking forward to use my new skills to help and guide any future patient who is struggling. Moreover, I am excited to prove that a person isn’t limited based on what they have been doing and can always change careers if there’s a will.
I am currently seeking a Medical Administrative Assistant with Coding position where I can apply my new skills and begin a new experience.
